Privacy policy

The German version is the binding one.

In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads nothing from third-party servers and has no contact form. What happens anyway is set out below.

Server logs

When you open this website, our hosting provider’s web server records what your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, bytes transferred, browser and operating system, the referring page. We use this data to run and secure the server (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and it is deleted after 14 days at the latest. It is not combined with other data.

Hosting provider (web server and mailboxes): SHOPPROFI – Mario Köhler, Theodor-Heuss-Straße 14a, 04328 Leipzig, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place, signed on 16 September 2026. The servers are located in Germany; for the server infrastructure the provider uses sub-processors based in the EU.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content, not even external fonts. The color scheme follows your device’s setting. If you change it with the switch at the top right, your browser keeps that choice locally (a “theme” entry in local storage); it never leaves your device and is needed for the function you asked for (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Nothing else is stored in your browser. That is why there is no cookie notice.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your address and the message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The message stays in our mailbox while the matter is open and is deleted afterwards unless a retention duty applies.

Our apps

The Kassensturz app has its own privacy policy at kassensturz.hello-labs.de/en/privacy.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to complain to a supervisory authority – for us, the Saxon data protection authority.
